I have always shied away from exercise and found the thought of gyms and group classes rather horrifying, due to the fact that I always presume people are fitter than I am and that I will look ridiculous! My friend convinced me to go to an A. T. Peak Fitness class, ran by Andy Tyson, and I was pleasantly surprised!  Andy makes you feel capable even if your fitness levels need developing and is really supportive. I have realised that I am capable of more than I thought and have a real sense of achievement when I have completed each class. I have recommended Andy’s classes to a friend who now enjoys each session as much as I do! Each class is different and enjoyable thanks to Andy’s supportive nature and ideas. I cannot recommend the classes enough!
